In addition to the Registered Manager/Proprietor (Polly Jackson) and Matron, there are 12 Registered Nurses and  12 Care Assistants. Ancillary Staff including 3 Domestics, 2 Cooks and a Laundry Assistant. Property maintenance is carried out by the Proprietor/Property Manager, Martin Jackson.


Our activities co-ordinator, Pat Cooper joined the team in Spring 2009 and as you can see below is already making a difference to the lives of our Service Users with our adopted donkey, Wayne making a visit to the Home. In addition, pet therapy with our visting retriever, Thomas, various art and crafts, exercising along to music, sing-a-longs, reminiscence sesssions, quizes, flower arranging and gardening are a few of the activities she has had everyone involved with recently! We have a lovely mature, south-facing garden which is often used throughout the summer particularly by Service Users, relatives and staff for relaxation and enjoyment. Our Activities Coordinator is often seen with a group planting up pots and enjoying other activities under the shade of the parasols. All Service Users including wheelchair users can access the garden as they wish as it is easily reached from the main building.
